Fifth Town Artisan Cheese Company and Fifth Town Productions are both divisions of Cressy Gourmet Investments which was incorporated in 2002.

Fifth Town Artisan Cheese Company is devoted to the creation of fine goat and sheep’s milk cheeses using traditional methods and local milk. We are in the process of designing and building a unique 3200 square foot artisan cheese dairy and studio in beautiful Prince Edward County.

We expect to open our doors in 2007. Meanwhile, Fifth Town Productions (producer of the Artisan Cheese Lover's Cheese Journal) is focused on working with others on the development of a series of publications and programs which serve to promote knowledge and understanding about a variety of artisan style culinary pursuits.

Cressy Gourmet is a privately held company dedicated to the development, production, promotion and distribution of locally produced artisan food products. Petra Cooper is the owner/operator however the whole family is involved in one way or another!. We focus on foods made via heritage or traditional methods and which employ humane and environmentally enhancing agricultural processes. We strongly support the concept of bioregional food sufficiency and win-win relationships between local rural and urban areas.

We are located in both Toronto and Prince Edward County.
